The kind of music we search for. Great musicianship, lyrics, passionate and honest, meaningful; songs that are actually about something. We found these things in Under A Banner. With dance inducing riffs from all corners, all instruments and vocal melodies, each one colliding and complimenting the next – we completely fell for the sound, and we can’t wait to catch these guys performing live some time soon.
From the outside, it’s knees up alternative folk rock; jump around with your beer, at sunset, alongside a crowd of strangers who feel like your best friends. From the inside, though – music that actually says things worth listening to. An awesome combination, worthy of any type of gig or event, be it purely for fun, or gasping for some relatable, political depth.
