Sonic Pulse Project Symphony of Seconds

-

New music from a new era, and a brand new album already on the horizon. Sonic Pulse Project tease the philosophical depth and creative charm of The Hourglass Effect, with the high-octane full-band vibrancy and catchy, colourful chorus of Symphony of Seconds.

Always employing modern production tools for that clean cut, Sonic Pulse Project branches out with this new release, capturing a festival-ready energy that would fly high if a live band delivered it.

The music and lyrics unite well, talk of the tempo rising, the need to make the beautiful things last, and the strings and drums, bass, guitars, keys all work in unison throughout contemplative quiets and fiercely bold crescendos alike.

Using the hourglass as a metaphor for the passing of time, the new album promises to explore themes of routine and personal history, by meandering from tragedy into beauty and gratitude – leading towards an intended state and subject matter of ‘total liberation and peace’.

From that album, Symphony of Seconds, is a high-energy anthem about how crucial it is to savour and embrace the current moment – how time is fleeting, how life can disappear in a heartbeat, and how the now is the only guarantee we have.

The song is loaded with scenery and images designed to set a vibe akin to the changing stages of the day – the morning sun, impending noon, the approach of the evening – and it cleverly connects this to the inevitable and ever-increasing pace at which time and life passes by. It’s a reminder to soak it all up, to live now, and to appreciate the beauty of today.
