The one and only Sarantos is back with his utterly unique pop sound and song writing. This song has a lovely mellow rhythm to it, with a pleasant and hopeful sounding melody throughout. There’s a really interesting structure to this song as well, by which I mean that as you follow the lyrics and the music along through the track, there are more than a few occasions of unexpected note changes, the bridge section, for example, the additional vocal, and each and every lyric throughout the whole piece.
There’s nothing at all predictable about this song, and as mentioned, it has that Sarantos stamp all over it, from the moment you press play. It’s a voice like no other, and as with the previous single – Tired Of Being Scared – there is so much feeling, so much good hearted nature behind the music. Sarantos doesn’t simply stick with a familiar or safe formula for putting songs together, the artist follows his own path entirely, creating and crafting whatever it is that comes to mind – in a way that is full to the brim with personality and flair.
Sarantos’ mission and promise to his audience for 2016, is to release a brand new song and video every month. His highly anticipated third album is soon to be among us, and as always, the very core of his art and his music looks set to remain as strong as ever. There is nothing fake or false about these songs, Sarantos prides himself on being a real artist, complete with so much of what it is to be human; imperfections and all.
