This noteworthy shift is a creative evolution that’s naturally reflective of YaoJing’s ability and passion, yet despite the depth of the latest project, the move is far from the beginning of his extensive journey as a lifelong musician.
For more than fifteen years, Eddie Lu YaoJing has worked as a professional music producer and composer, an OST producer and creative producer, across a multitude of renowned films, TV shows, artist and commercial projects, and live entertainment campaigns within the Greater China music and entertainment industry.
His approach intertwines several artistic disciplines, with both writing and production at the forefront of his drive to shape the sound of screen, stage and commercial projects across the board.
YaoJing’s focused yet diverse skillset has achieved him high-profile credits on shows like Wings Of Glory, for which he composed the Han Hong-performed TV theme Flying Moment, as well as the theme song I Like You (performed by Zhao Lusi), for which he worked as recording supervisor and vocal producer.
From original compositions to intricate creative production, direction and supervision, YaoJing has contributed to dozens of Chinese entertainment releases, and has intermittently launched a plethora of independent music projects as a solo composer.
The Next Hits delivers a strong introduction to his culturally versatile approach to making music.
