ZuluGod - Que paso - Stereo Stickman

ZuluGod Que paso

-

Surprisingly raw guitar work sets an indie folk or shoegaze mood just briefly as this uniquely melodic, dance-hall meets contemporary pop-hip-hop single reaches out.

Featuring equally unique vocals, up front and centre so as to keep the personality and strength of the hook melody as clear as possible, Que paso meanders its way through rap verses to the constant resolve of that hook. The whole thing provides an aptly seductive vibe, and the hook quickly weaves its way into your headspace. It’s addictive yet non-intrusive, catchy but not heavily so to the point of losing its emotive value – far from it.

Great song-writing allows the natural groove and strong production to really shine brightly in this simple yet effective setting. It’s a likeable and fairly timeless sound. Hopefully there’s plenty more music where this came from.
