Carving out a somewhat minimalist and carefree lane, Impervious marks the introduction to this project – something of an adlib freestyle performance, with noteworthy traits gifting recognisable identity as the groove slowly gathers momentum. We hear warped synths, jumpy rhythms, heavy basslines, lashings of space and changes in tone and tempo.

Inspired by the need for cybersecurity and the notable shift towards modern or trivial times, this EP seeks to prompt listeners to run towards whatever gets you pondering our natural connections and focusing on the good things in life and the world we share. Hence its playfulness, its colourful presence, its energy and space – the sharp contrast between quiet, or calm, and chaotic.
