Featuring lush production with piano-led, emotive ambiances and contemporary rhythms, LAMB weaves in a uniquely intimate, tired and almost spoken-word style vocal lead. No Innovation is the opener and proves hypnotic with its trip hop warmth yet intriguing with its vocal story and character.
Things continue in this way, the style proving a true calling card – the voice unmistakable as Conversation takes hold. This time the music is different, trap-style and a little more RnB-inspired as it meets the melody of the voice.
Then there’s the sudden retro bass and unpredictability of Like The Devil, and the mellow reflection of Recap to wrap things up.
