Creating music from Seattle, Erika Weber brings passion and uncertainty into stories of love and longing to connect. The album is empowering at its core, loaded with anthems of self-confidence and overcoming, but also with just enough warmth and wonder to feel genuine, to present as curious and calming.
The project also leads with a fairly interesting alternative production style from Joshua Valel Thomas, which again takes us back to the simpler times of bedroom pop and live musicianship, and lets the purity of these songs ring out in an all the more authentic fashion.
