Fusing the delicacy and emotive soul of the violin, with a progressive and ever-evolving EDM beat and soundscape, the resulting composition pours through loaded with energy and cinematic vibrancy. Rather than taking the violin aspect as purely a gimmick, the song offers easily memorable riffs – in particular its hook, which rains down with a sort of Celtic knees-up vibe that begs for you to start dancing.
While the live performance would undoubtedly be something of a breathtaking experience, the recording in this case proves a mighty next best thing. A heavy beat and dashes of distortion are balanced beautifully with the emotional and skillful playing of the violin. The song manages to be an alternative dance hit at the same time as being a strong example of a skilled and noteworthy musician. Listen loud.
