Fusing rap and melody alongside multiple layers of minimalist yet memorable musicality, the track intrigues fairly quickly, and later goes on to impress with ease as the lyrics and subtle confidence of the leading rap vocal lay bare an unexpectedly detailed story-line.
The entire set-up is essentially quite unique right about now – quirky enough to grab attention yet rhythmically enticing and satisfying enough to connect with a broader audience.
