In honour of this time of year and indeed of new friendships formed across the world, Sing In Unity – the globally collaborative virtual choir – realise their extensive new medley, and promise to welcome a multitude of cultures and musical tones in the process.
Featuring an impressively vast 127 voices from 15 different nations, Sing In Unity is a huge project but with a notably accessible, musically-minded simplicity at its core.
Christmas Medley shares those qualities on an uplifting high, and puts an exotic and global spin on the classic Christmas music sound, showcasing the power of collaboration and unity at precisely the time of year that celebrates both.
Orchestrated by Japanese Gospel choir director Jenna, the virtual choir was organised as open to anyone and everyone, and in this case highlighted the talents of Brazilian Choir CORAL CONEXÃO BRASIL. We’re presented with six minutes of familiar and fresh flavors alike, and always the warmth and optimism of Christmas shines brightly.
The visuals and single combined deliver a clear sense of joy and togetherness that naturally connects for its humanity and heart. The video even gifts one extra minute during its closing moments, where the various featured singers share their thoughts and appreciation for what’s been achieved through the Sing In Unity project.
