Leosatman News Flash

-

Fearlessly expressive alternative music, driven by tempo and topic in unison – Leosatman blends dubstep, house, and drum and bass, with post-punk vocal stories and segments designed to add shock factor and substance to the realm.

From the 2026 EP Leosatman1, News Flash is raw and provocative – a fast-paced industrial alternative track, with passionate spoken vocals and lo-fi rhythmic hits backing an aptly cinematic take on the concept and urgency of a News Flash. It’s a captivating introduction, with anxiety-inducing mentions of war, AI, nuclear strikes, air raids, and fighting for our lives – this ‘echo of chaos’ is both creatively distinct and conceptually unsettling, and that’s a match made well.

From the same EP, Storm Riders feels born of the same high-octane intentions, but twists in a little dubstep and distortion, for something hard-hitting – a dirty beat and gritty vocals carving out another fearless and all the more immersive original journey. The rises and drops are intense, and Storm Riders is one of the most striking and memorable tracks from Leosatman so far.

The project continues with Riding The Fury, a softer melodic vocal lead and a notable riff presenting something nu-metal-like and strangely soulful in its haunting introduction. Then the beat kicks in, this Leosatman exploration of dance-music sub-genres and culture, the ferocity and playfulness of an original arrangement and structure – the retro tones and layers all working as one to completely consume the listener. It’s spacious but compelling, and these are all recognisable calling cards from the Leosatman production studio.

Wrapping up this four-track EP is another gem of an original track, something like old-school rave music, but still employing that unique lyrical fusion of escapism and conceptual weight. The melodies here, the vintage synths and voices, the unity between the tuneful threads, all injects a kind of catchy and unmistakable sense of character. And as ever, the structuring is sensational – an unpredictable journey, but one that satisfies and connects as it should.

The originality is next level, and genuine – seemingly not churned out by a now infamous software tool, but made by a producer with equal parts skill and passion at the forefront.

Elsewhere in the Leosatman catalogue, singles and projects continue to promise an eclectic and meaningful repertoire of alternative bangers.

power to the people is crucial, electronically canned production and robotic vocals creating a tumbling rhythmic drama that’s somehow both subtle and confronting. Desolation and hope appear to walk hand-in-hand, poetry and an audio ambiance placing you just outside of the centre of action – it’s a brief but impactful listen, and another well-earned notch on the Leosatman artistic belt.

Finally, a track that’s wracked up over 22 million plays on Soundcloud – Let’s Not Sleep Together is heavy and unignorable. Guided by a short and distorted riff, a rising tempo and tumultuous groove that’s again both unique but effective and hard-hitting, this is an old-school rave machine, which again adheres to the raw, unfiltered style and home-made production vibes of Leosatman music.

This is a producer with no social media, no interest in image or false personas – only the music is necessary, and in its distortion, darkness, depth, and devotion, it speaks volumes.
