GAMA MAJOR - Shadow Man - Stereo Stickman

GAMA MAJOR Shadow Man

-

Ambient warmth and retro-electronic exploration meet with confronting yet delicate vocals. Artist and composer GAMA MAJOR blends soulful expression and contemporary mystique, for the bold and beautiful Shadow Man.

Electronic introspection, taking subtle influence from the likes of Depeche Mode and Nine Inch Nails – there’s a deeply personal core to this vastly immersive soundscape; a depth of humanity that resounds in both the lyrics and the passion of the delivery.

The story fascinates, feels other-worldly and mysterious yet evocative in its realism and fearful reflection. GAMA MAJOR quite pristinely walks the line between haunting and euphoric – forever intriguing with those stories and this cleanly mixed vocal line, but also bright and beautiful as we rise up for that anthemic alternative hook.

With creativity also manifesting itself through visual art, GAMA MAJOR self-designed the album artwork of Shadow Man based loosely around a brief doodle or sketch made during a work day. Art often comes from seeking escapism from the mundane – it’s what we crave it for, and it’s largely why we start to create it in the first place; to entertain ourselves, to attempt to understand ourselves and the world.

Enter GAMA MAJOR and the compelling Shadow Man – a vocally gorgeous and nostalgic fusion of electronic music and dark rock, and a fine display of limitless creativity led by purpose and wonder.
