First written and recorded back in 2019 during his high school years, Living Like Larry 2.0 is the latest version of the track, and features a bold set of verses devoted to the sexual fantasies and self-confidence of our protagonist, before riding its way towards a catchy melodic hook that lingers in the space.
The NekU$AkeN voice is unfiltered and fearless, depth of tone and playful self-congratulatory lyrics feeling like a Friday-night ode to to the lo-fi mixtapes of the past, as well as to the adlib or freestyle raps that made up many a late-night stoner session, back in the day. The single reflects upon this quality too, a self-aware and comical progression, with a quirky lighter vocal for the hook, and a central sound and personality that should effectively prove recognisable across all NekU$AkeN releases.
