This coming July 18th in Cape Town City, Bards LME and We Are One present : Sounds Of Africa – an unmissable live event that’s set to be both musically euphoric and heartfelt in its charitable core.

With over six hours of live music, Sounds Of Africa unites the community with a Mandela Day donation drive, and asks that guests bring along any spare clothing, toiletries, non-perishable food, books or toys to donate on the day, for the Siyaphambili Orphanage Village.

Featuring an eclectic line up including live jazz from Umuthiomkhulu Ensemble, traditional folk from Asiphe, South African Hip Hop from Legacy, and Afro Soul Jazz from E4phoria, Sounds Of Africa promises unrivalled energy, diversity, talent, and entertainment that offers a little something for everyone.

Unmissable local talent and community vibes, great energy and optimism will make Sounds of Africa in Cape Town City one of the summer’s most memorable events.

The show will celebrate 67 minutes of good deeds in remembrance of the Mighty Nelson Mandela, and blends top level live music performances and orphanage donations in honour of the good values incited by Mandela.
