UKofA Time Will Take This All Away From Us

-

Heavy sounds, to put it simply – something like warped electronic rock and cinematic production, all capturing a fair conceptual focus that’s haunting and confrontational.

UKofA kick off their brand new album with a fiercely intoxicating, boldly alternative anthem, for the darkness and depth of a contrastingly titled Nice Things.

Something like a raw sonic fusion of experiences and audio fragments, UKofA deliver a uniquely genuine, industrial and playful yet provocative vibe with this album. Think layers of dissonance and satisfaction all carefully counter-parted, with huge crescendos and unsettling whispers all chaotically but rhythmically aligned throughout a hip-hop driven storyboard and stomp.

UKofA has been experimenting with composition and music for over twenty years, and TIME WILL TAKE THIS ALL AWAY FROM US is something of a fearless reminder of how passion, creativity, and unrelenting societal experiences can impact a real artist.

The project is truly unconfined by genre, but it maintains some essential roots regardless, and with the likes of Gate of Flesh, we’re seamlessly progressing through a playlist that’s well-grounded but unpredictable, fusing dashes of grunge, garage rock, Celtic folk, DnB and rap, for something heavy, chaotic, and impossible to ignore.
