Overflow Podcast, With Shana Kad – Exploring Self Identity, Healing & Transformation

-

Encouraging a healthier and stronger relationship with yourself, mindset and identity coach Shana Kad presents the ambient and welcoming podcast Overflow – an intimate and inviting modern show, devoted to helping you heal the wounds of your past, and bring out the very best in your personality and identity for the future.

Backed by over 16 years of experience as a practicing mindset and identity coach, Shana Kad launched the Overflow Podcast during a time of immense personal grief. Having suddenly lost her sister, her entire understanding of life and the self was boldly altered, and she began to question everything.

The Overflow Podcast initially became a place for reflection and self-healing, always driven by honest thoughts and feelings that bring out the true humanity in both our host and those who listen. Over time, the podcast evolved into something more about survival and the power of self-identity. The concept veered towards creating a life out of awareness, rather than simply from old stories of our past. As such, each episode invites its audience to think more deeply, to feel a sense of bravery, and to start living life as the version of themselves they truly feel like they are.

Most recently, Season 2 welcomed an inspiring episode about When Your Growth Starts Arguing With Your Identity. This client breakdown session is fascinating, and is delivered by a calm but also notably passionate host, whose gift for clarity and understanding meets with her compassion and heart, to present a lesson or series of lessons that are invaluable, and beautifully worded.

“So, take a breath, you’re not behind, you’re simply entering a version of yourself your body has learnt not to hold yet. But it will learn it. It will learn it fast, the more you teach it.”

Beautifully worded is a stand-out part of the Overflow Podcast, episodes pour through like poetry, only with a raw and clearly genuine delivery style from Shana Kad. The stories also always remain focused and relevant to each topic, so we come full circle by the end, and very quickly develop an understanding of what our Overflow really is.

Refreshingly alternative in its realism and kindness, Overflow isn’t simply a self-help podcast, it’s about self-honesty, and creating choice by learning. Good knowledge is power, and this is the core value of Shana Kad’s coaching.

Episodes of Overflow never vary in authenticity and heart, but the tone shifts according to each story or segment, and indeed, Shana’s own genuinely emotional reaction to and delivery of this. In example, Episode 10 feels like a much more gentle and comforting approach, as Shana directly addresses the listener throughout, and takes on The In-Between: Why Your Breakthrough Feels Like Losing Your Sense of Self. This episode, along with most others, highlights a superb balance of experience, knowledge, understanding, and kindness.

Shana’s research and wisdom are second to none in this field, and this means that there is absolutely no filler – episodes are focused, purposeful, and rewarding, and the blissful literary aspect is quite simply the cherry on top.

For the self-aware people who have grown tired of overthinking, or who are burnout, and create emotional loops in their lives. Learn how your mind really works, and turn to creating calm, clarity, and direction. You might be ambitious but exhausted, crippled by self-doubt – a high-achiever who seems to have it all, but secretly feels disconnected or stuck.

Overflow is incredibly unique, and beautifully crafted and presented. Shana offers new episodes every few days, and is always available to reach out to. Her goal is to be sufficient, and to help as many people as possible, to get their emotions and lives back on track, without spending years venting in therapy.
