From eclectic, flute and piano-led beginnings, through confident verses and a surprisingly upbeat energy and style, Planet Suicide feels like a cinematic hit from an epic, intense new drama.
Loaded with funk and instrumental optimism from the offset, the track kicks in with equally positive lyricism, just briefly, before embarking upon a more poignant and relevant outcry of the incoming end of everything.
Far from what you might be expecting, a comic-book style, detailed and ever-progressive soundscape and performance, Planet Suicide is not for the faint of heart, but it does make for an appropriate end of the world party track.
