Forever promising cinematic pop and rock arrangements to elevate songs inspired by genuine memories, connections, and unforgettable life experiences – New Zealand artist and producer Mykle Williams doubles down on the creative repertoire that has earned him tens of thousands of monthly listeners this past year.
Based out of New Mexico, Mykle Williams presents his latest single, and blends the pristine audio finish of modern production tools with a creative energy that’s both gentle and energising.
Harmonised vocal fragments, heartfelt poetry, rapped bars and a colourful pop groove, all intertwine throughout a song that rises and resolves with a breathy and evocative pop hook that naturally lingers.
All About Me is snappy yet subtle, easy-going but certain and near-euphoric in its earworm status and crescendo, with just enough passionate undertones to get you lost in the moment as the energy builds.
The rising anticipation is a key quality here, something AI-assisted music almost sacrificed entirely at first, this time celebrated by the attention to detail that Mykle Williams has built his latest song with.
Following the success of singles like Find My Light and Lost In Thought, Mykle Williams’ audience has expanded significantly, and the new single marks a fine addition to that collective escapism.
As his repertoire grows and grows, however, Mykle Williams’ sound also installs its roots all the more strongly, thus making sure to maintain essential threads of recognisable design and thought, across each new reflection of the past and hopeful dream for the future.
Self-defined as reflecting upon every scar, every lesson, every mountain climbed, All About Me rightfully celebrates the self. It’s an anthem for self-discovery, for finding your voice and owning the story that made you.
The song is designed to inspire, to motivate, and to remind you of all that is possible, and given the creative tools and the lifelong passion for music combined that led to its creation and release, All About Me is a perfect encapsulation of that deeply-rooted intention and concept.
