Martin Lucassen’s songwriting & musical presentation reach superb new heights on this latest album. For more than few a reasons – it’s quite possibly his best collection to date.
A fine short collection – unique in its creative freedom yet rhythmically soothing enough to simply let play; evidently on repeat. There are certain traits within each piece that offer a clear level of individuality.
A good song to begin with but a stunning one by the time it nears its finish. The latter half really lets the artistry of the moment take the wheel, allowing that alternative freedom to shine brightly.
Whoopi Goldberg’s character in Sister Act said “if you wake up in the morning & you can’t think of anything but singing, then you’re supposed to be a singer”. That’s the way it has always been for me.
The beat plays out like the backdrop to your late night drive, the rap vocals see it evolve into something more of an anthem for sci-fi fans and driven millennials alike.
Amaru writes for an audience, you can hear this throughout the album – the collection is eclectic, inclusive, and ever-changing; never falling victim to one single way of doing things.

WBM doesn’t hide behind effects & weight & volume, it just is what is – this is art as presented in the moment, emotional & genuine.
Both artists bring a level of calming confidence to the stage that lets the vibe work its magic indefinitely.
Underlines a certain unity between everything involved, hopeful warmth & an emotional sense of concern arrive in hypnotic harmony with one another.
A well crafted mix showcases the beautiful intricacies of a well written song. Nothing is lost in the chaos, everything has its moment & works brilliantly.
