“I am going to put out my fifth poetry book sometime this year, so I’m looking forward to that. Currently, I’m working with a country artist, writing lyrics for a new album for a group called The Cow Cats.”
Smartly-produced throughout and tub-thumping in all the right ways, this is a hefty slab of poppy EDM with great imagination and hooks aplenty.
Everything resolves perfectly, intrigue is followed by answers, and then when you revisit the song, the entire structure, passion and positivity of it shine with unquestionable brightness.
The ever-impressive Jerad Finck has recently secured a well-deserved record deal with label AntiFragile Music. Enter a re-branding, a newly marked out pathway to success, and here comes some brand new music from a quickly memorable BLAZAR.
Taking full advantage of current style trends in hip hop and RnB right now, the album kicks off with a strong balance between melody and rap, rhythm and confidence, colour and calm.
Jerad Finck’s return this month comes in the form of an uplifting, electro-pop soundscape and a song loaded with emotional longing – a compelling sense of searching for something greater than the self.
Light in Life is everything the title promises and then some. A gorgeously colourful soundscape emerges, partly organic and partly rooted in the movement and mood of classic hip hop – you get a jazz-cafe vibe for the most part. On top of this, Lexik’s own vocal is equally bright and energizing.
Jerad Finck is making waves with his music right now and this latest release, a SEAWAVES remix of his single New Kids, is helping immensely with creating that storm.
The instrumentation feels incredibly full – the warmth of the music is greatly strengthened by this big-band sound & subsequently Caroline’s own performances seem soaked in a new level of passion.
Showcasing immense versatility & uniquely inspired creativity that strikes all at once as professional, deeply soulful, and forever unpredictable.
