Vapor Brain by Zora Graves is a grooving, melodic, existential masterwork. Equal parts bubbly and melancholic, with a solid exhibition of instrumental genius.

When the songwriting jumps out at you much more boldly than the genre, you know you’re onto something good. SpoonFed’s B With Me is a song that gets better and better as it moves along.
The band tackle infatuation & modern dating – the video highlights this further as they’ve gone all-in to craft a story-line with various scenes & details. Today’s ‘swipe right’ nation will likely relate.
By the latter half, the beat hits and the guitars take over – an atmospheric, organic ambiance rains down around you. It feels mellow yet also uplifting, as if you’re sitting peacefully on-board a fast train; the world speeding by just outside.
Ashley Left Last Night is far from a musically intrusive song, but it gets to you – that bass-line, the high notes in the hook, the switch from the single word to the longer-form line afterwards – it weaves its way into your consciousness for sure
The song offers a supremely mellow beat, well-built & easy to vibe to – creating the ideal kind of chilled out ambiance within which music fans can embrace the very sentiments of the song & enjoy the good times.
There’s something authentically original & creative about Acharya’s music – a sort of uninhibited, artful yet honest & deeply human aura comes through. Hopefully this is still just the beginning for them. In any case, Tilt is an EP absolutely worth the time it takes to listen.
Swedish indie-pop duo I Am Nova made waves throughout the past year with their explosive live shows, and now – with the release of Good Enough – they rise even higher, showcasing some brilliantly infectious & energetic pop songwriting.

Phantom Vibrations sees former Awolnation member David Amezcua take a step in a notably new direction. Stranger is a smooth & rather nostalgic indie-pop song, bringing through classic or vintage vibes. It feels fit to accompany a scene in some classic coming of age movie.
I think although we are an indie pop band, we all grew up on the same stuff. We all were really invested in the Warped Tour scene as young kids, even though our music doesn’t sound anything like those bands. We loved all the hooks & melodies.
A mighty pop-rock album, a wonderful playlist that grows more and more enjoyable the further into it you get – and more so with each new listen afterwards.
