Growing up I was always considered the little girl with the big voice, and yes it did come naturally. My favorite vocalist is Bonnie Raitt.
I’ve met a great number of people I admire. They all have their own stories/demons and it’s great to see when they get a good opportunity.
The strength is in the writing and the performance, and nothing else is needed to keep that fire burning.
There’s an air of Oasis in the vocal and the guitar riffs, but there’s a significant flicker of creative folk music in the piano and the additional strings.
