Without question, the best project from patagonist to date – by far. Honed vocals and bars, good-vibes production, passionate and entertaining performances – a whole lot of boxes ticked and a defiantly strong playlist to lose yourself within.
It’s a pleasure to listen to a project that so professionally captures the essence of timeless dance music yet also manages to effectively put its own stamp of creativity and freshness on things.
Choose any one of the tracks and the sheer quality and caliber will likely blow you away. Superb and honest musicality – a real treat to let play right about now.
Featuring impeccable bars, breathless in some cases, spoken-word style in others, the album manages to be artistically free yet focused – unusual yet professional, and consistently interesting.
It’s a melding of primarily 60s- and 70s-influenced classic rock songs and sounds and yet sounding audacious and as fresh-as-a-daisy enough to consistently beguile the listener, I’m at a bit of a loss for words, whilst seemingly being able to write endlessly about it!
A brilliant collection – well worth the wait, and a rare example of only the very best songs being included in a final release. No filler, nothing that falls below par – a summer playlist that keeps on giving.
Releasing to the masses on an aptly chosen September 11th of this year, Brannon offer up a 13-track collection of acoustic rock ballads, and showcase undoubtedly passionate, powerful performances right the way through.
Lee Knox pours his heart and soul into this project, and his vocals prove faultless throughout – always emotionally in tune with the subject matter, always full of genuine passion and appreciation.
Really well done, a refreshingly original artist with a thoughtful way of framing ideas and arrangements.
Driving with an intoxicating sense of organised chaos, Manuel Muzzu’s album 3-Ree is an organic jazz-fest of bass-led, hi-hat-soaked funk and instrumental soul.
Setting the scene with industrial soundscapes & fast-paced, forward thinking lyrics that pour through with a sci-fi, cinematic sort of prowess. Ultra_eko is the story-teller, technology is the enemy.
