The band’s sound well & truly raises them up higher than the average, end of the street funk ensemble – there’s an edge of rock, a backbone of soul & passion, and everything else you might hope for in an unwaveringly impressive collective.
The whole thing feels like a hypnotic audio journey fit for those long nights in at home. The voices though, the lyrics & details, the multiple personas – all of this adds something a little more interesting & with a more intentional direction.
