Forever may be a complex piece, but it flows by in an effortless swathe of colour and skill. It doesn’t sound quite like anything else out there, and yet also sounds familiar. Now that’s a tricky balance to strike, and deserves some recognition.
It’s accomplished and doesn’t require close examination, it’s all about the atmosphere and Believe It has it in spades. Timeless, distracting, lovely.
In songwriting terms, this reads like a ‘how-to’ example. It’s instant, energetic, feels organic and effortless and is topped off with some cracking vocals. Brilliant fun.
All in all, a fun romp through an unusual lyrical idea that tells a clear narrative with plenty of pop hooks.
Episodic, ever-shifting and compelling, Deeper Than has a lot going on. This can drown some tunes, but this is an example of how to do complex without blowing it. A great collaboration with a great atmosphere.

A simple song with a pure heart, funky groove, lovely clean production, uplifting message and a beautifully unexpected turn in the road. Gotta love that.
Smartly-produced throughout and tub-thumping in all the right ways, this is a hefty slab of poppy EDM with great imagination and hooks aplenty.
Rapture is aptly named as it’s something of a sonic delight, with lots of layers of sound and effects revealing themselves upon multiple listens. Further, each syllable of every word feels like it’s been thought about, and they are squeezed out sparingly in a very light and frothy style, often slightly behind the beat, which feels extra cool.
Delicious, rich, and most definitely quirky, this genre and comparison-defying track is a rare treat indeed.
A proper pop nugget with some great musicianship, compelling vocals and smart production that bears repeat spins/streams with ease.
