Hot Dizzy takes on a smooth & lightly dark hip hop beat for My Hitta (Edited), laying upon it his own unique style of lyricism & performance – the likes of which teeter somewhere between rap & melody.
The music & performances are a whirlwind – intense, magical, manic, and over all too quickly. Son Of Age is doing everything necessary to make waves in hip hop, plus a whole lot else on top of that.
Creative artistry in a pure & experimental form. Weaving unpredictable instrumental samples & effects around you. The subject matter never succumbs to what is commonplace or expected. The expression is free.
Exactly the song you’d expect it to be, as well as nothing like you might have anticipated. Young Mane lets his lyricism & anger run wild, giving off something of a freestyle feel at first, later evolving into this rhythmic, hypnotic spiral of lines & moments.

A totally unexpected EP for so many reasons. The music alone makes for something you rarely come to experience anymore. As things progress, you’re introduced to more & more intricacies & traits of the character behind it all.
It’s therapeutic for me to write songs. ‘Prince of the Universe’ is a title that came to me in jail. It’s not a title that has really been talked about in hip hop like it has been in rock music.
Hazzy E is an artist crafting her own unique take on pop & hip hop that is soaked in a certain sense of identity & originality. There’s a touch of the familiar in the style & swagger of Bitter – the rhythm, the pace, the passion & confidence.
